We are Werkdigital
Since 2011, we have been building bespoke software solutions and apps for medium-sized businesses. We support our clients from the first idea through concept and design to the finished product, whether web applications or apps for smartphones and tablets.
It never gets boring: we are convinced that many varied projects and new challenges take us further than never-ending development of gigantic systems. No fixed industry, no fixed product.
We are an experienced team of around 25 people (34 years young on average) who work hand in hand. And although we stopped being a start-up long ago, we treat each other as friends, work highly professionally, offer plenty of flexibility and a relaxed atmosphere in which everyone has fun and can say what they think.

Introductory call
We get to know each other in a relaxed conversation, via Teams or at our office in Olpe. It is about whether we fit together, both personally and professionally.
Trial task
You receive a small, practical task that shows how you work and think, with no time pressure and no exam stress.
Feedback call
We go through your solution together and give you honest feedback. There is also plenty of room for your questions to us.
Contract
Is everything a good fit on both sides? Then you receive an offer from us, and we look forward to your first day on board.

Start whenever you like. Our dailies take place around 10:00. Afterwards, you work on your tasks, support your colleagues and do code reviews. Sometimes one of our designers asks for your frontend expertise, or you design an interface together with your colleagues. Once all to-dos are done and the Scrum meetings have gone well, it is time to call it a day.
